Opportunity to apply organizational skills and proactivity The **Construction Administrative Assistant** will be responsible for supporting administrative routines at construction sites, including invoice control and registration, system data entry, and organizing information in spreadsheets. They will assist the warehouse in monitoring material inflows and outflows and provide administrative support to HR operations on-site. The candidate must be familiar with civil construction materials and possess strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enter invoices into the system, ensuring correct classification and registration; * Update and manage Excel spreadsheets (intermediate level) for tracking materials and services; * Support the warehouse in receiving, inspecting, and organizing construction materials; * Provide administrative support for on-site HR routines, such as document organization and timekeeping records; * Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital files; * Assist the construction team with various administrative requests; * Interface with suppliers and freight carriers regarding material delivery and receipt; * Collaborate with the construction team to meet deadlines and maintain site organization. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education (technical training or additional qualification in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in warehouse operations at civil construction sites; * Knowledge of employee timekeeping procedures; invoice entry; and basic administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); * Organizational skills, proactivity, accountability, and strong interpersonal communication; * Familiarity with the Sienge system will be considered an advantage.
