Perform administrative and operational routines related to employee management, including recruitment, termination, timekeeping, document organization, and payroll and benefits support. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management, with proven experience in this role; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Excel), basic knowledge of labor legislation; Experience with payroll systems; Experience with IOBG Accounting Management System is a plus; Analytical profile, emotional intelligence for conflict resolution, proactivity and dynamism, empathy, resilience, and teamwork, while respecting the company's internal policies, confidentiality, and discretion. **Company Offers: Market-competitive salary, health and dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, and basic food basket.** **Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Monday to Friday**
