Job Summary:
An accounting professional responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, closings, financial statement preparation, and account analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legislation.

**Responsibilities:**
Perform accounting journal entries and reconciliations;
Execute monthly and annual accounting closings;
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, among others);
Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying inconsistencies;
Comply with accounting standards and current legislation;
Calculate provisions, depreciation, amortization, and other accounting adjustments;
Support the preparation of ancillary accounting and tax obligations;
Respond to internal and external audits by providing documents and clarifications;
Prepare management reports to support decision-making;
Manage fixed assets and their movements;
Integrate and verify information from financial, tax, and payroll modules;
Participate in process improvement and internal controls;
Provide accounting support to other company departments.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences;
Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC);
Experience in accounting routines, reconciliations, and accounting closings;
Knowledge of financial statement preparation (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity);
Familiarity with accounting and tax legislation, CPCs, and IFRS;
Experience in calculating and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts;
Knowledge of SPED Contábil (ECD and ECF);
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills;
ERP experience, preferably TOTVS Protheus.
Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Controllership, or Finance – preferred;
Experience in internal or external auditing – preferred;
Knowledge of process automation and advanced Excel (Power Query and Pivot Tables) – preferred;
Compensation: R$6.000,00 – R$8.000,00 per month
