Job Summary: Technically lead the definition of architecture and engineering standards, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and long-term technical sustainability of solutions. Solid experience with distributed systems architecture and SaaS solutions. Role Mission Act as the technical leader responsible for defining architecture, engineering standards, and solution quality for technology solutions developed in the project, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and long-term technical sustainability. Key Responsibilities * Define and evolve the software architecture of the solution. * Establish development, integration, versioning, and deployment standards. * Serve as the technical reference for the engineering team. * Support translating business requirements into viable technical solutions. * Conduct code reviews and support critical technical decisions. * Ensure best practices in information security, observability, and resilience. * Support technical prioritization and risk mitigation. * Engage hands-on when necessary, especially during early phases. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Architect). * Solid experience with distributed systems architecture and SaaS solutions. * Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural decision-making. * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. Desirable Knowledge * Knowledge of tax and accounting processes. * Familiarity with tax regulations applicable to the transportation sector. * Experience with mission-critical transactional systems or regulated environments.
