Job Summary: The Messenger is responsible for delivering and collecting items within the hotel, assisting with minibar and room inspections, and interacting courteously with guests. Professional and courteous interaction with guests Messenger Responsibilities: * Delivering and collecting luggage, mail, documents, and other items within the hotel * Assisting with minibar and room inspections, bed assembly and disassembly * Interacting with guests in a courteous and professional manner Requirements: * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a messenger or in similar roles * Basic computer skills * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines * Knowledge of additional languages is a plus Schedule: * 2:47 PM to 10:59 PM. Rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off. Compensation: * Industry-standard salary + On-site meals + Attendance and Best Practices Bonus + Night shift allowance
