




Job Summary: Network Support Analyst to ensure a secure and high-performance infrastructure by monitoring, configuring, and administering network assets and supporting modern technologies. Key contributor to infrastructure security and performance As a **Network Support Analyst**, you will be a key player in ensuring our infrastructure operates securely, efficiently, and intelligently. Your role includes monitoring, configuring, and administering network assets such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points, as well as maintaining and supporting LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks to ensure high availability and service quality. You will diagnose and resolve connectivity and performance incidents, analyze network logs and traffic, and implement security best practices—including firewall policies, VLANs, and access control. You will also support backup routines, administer physical and virtual servers, and provide support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and IoT infrastructure. We seek someone with an analytical mindset, capable of identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing infrastructure, maintaining clear technical documentation, and supporting users on Level 2 requests. Additionally, you will participate in infrastructure modernization projects, asset management, and vendor coordination—directly contributing to the company’s technological advancement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor, configure, and administer **switches, routers, firewalls, access points**, and other network assets; * Perform maintenance and support for **LAN, WAN, and WLAN** networks, ensuring availability and performance; * Conduct **troubleshooting** for connectivity and performance incidents, including log analysis and traffic diagnostics; * Support and oversee **backup routines** for servers and critical environments; * Administer physical and virtual servers, including user, group, and access permission management; * Provide support for **Office 365** and **Microsoft Azure** management; * Provide support for **IoT** infrastructure management; * Identify opportunities for network infrastructure improvement and optimization; * Support the IT team in infrastructure upgrade, expansion, and modernization projects; * Manage and interface with vendors to resolve issues and procure equipment/services. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in **Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Networks, Computer Engineering**, or related fields.
