Job Summary: Responsible for railcar opening, closing, and cleaning, ensuring safety and organization of loading lines while applying the 5S program. Key Highlights: 1. Handle and ensure safety during railcar opening and closing. 2. Ensure internal and external cleanliness of railcars and loading lines. 3. Implement and maintain 5S program practices. Description: Requirements: * Flexible working hours; * Completed high school education. Preferred Qualifications: * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and industrial cleaning best practices; * Experience in industrial operations or similar activities. * Open and close railcar hatches, ensuring proper handling and safety throughout the process. * Be responsible for opening railcar discharge valves to ensure appropriate flow during loading. * Ensure internal and external cleanliness of railcars prior to product loading, in accordance with quality and safety standards. * Perform cleaning and organization of loading lines, as well as hopper (setup) cleaning, maintaining optimal operating conditions. * Implement and maintain 5S program practices to promote workplace organization, discipline, and efficiency. 2512180202551925318
