Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for merchandise inspection, packaging, and shipment; customer service; supporting warehouse assistants; organizing the workplace; and assisting with goods receipt and arrangement. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for merchandise management and customer support. 2. Assists in organizing and cleaning the workplace. 3. Supports warehousing and product restocking processes. · Merchandise inspection; · Packaging and shipment of goods; · Customer service; · Support to warehouse assistants; · Maintains order and cleanliness of the workplace and equipment, requesting maintenance services when necessary, and observes safety procedures during operations and proper use of PPE. · Assists in unloading goods from trucks to expedite the process. · Supports activities such as arranging, labeling, storing, and restocking goods within the department. · May operate a pallet jack (subject to training and certification). Performs other job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
