We are seeking a professional to prospect and retain customers, support negotiations, and ensure excellence in customer service at our showroom. **Responsibilities** * Map, register, and keep the customer and specifier database updated in the system; * Prospect new clients and strengthen strategic partnerships with architects, engineers, and contractors, promoting our relationship program; * Monitor construction projects, analyze quotations, and lead negotiations, jointly defining commercial strategies with management; * Provide consultative after\-sales support, ensuring appropriate solutions and high quality standards; * Assist in showroom organization, sample and display management, ensuring optimal presentation of our portfolio. **Requirements** * Previous sales experience, preferably in construction materials such as surfacing products, metalware, or sanitary ware; * Strong communication skills and results orientation; * Sense of urgency, proactivity, and organizational ability; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage; * Valid driver's license (categories AB). **Location:** Rua Piracicaba 1301, corner with Av.
