Conducting periodic inventories and preparing reports Responsible for ensuring material control, supply, and organization, thereby guaranteeing efficient fulfillment of internal operational demands. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and supplies * Fulfill material requisitions from departments * Control inventory and monitor replenishment of warehouse items * Monitor humidity and temperature in specific areas, such as chemical storage rooms * Conduct periodic inventories and prepare reports as required by management * Create purchase requests and track delivery of requested materials **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree * Prior experience with warehouse routines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical knowledge of materials, including: tools, electrical materials, hydraulic and pneumatic components, fasteners, and PPE
