Adapting increasingly to the needs of the import, export, and domestic markets, the company prioritizes excellence in container handling across Brazil, focusing on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Structuring, monitoring, and analyzing operational KPIs through dashboards and performance indicators. * Monitoring indicators such as portainer productivity (movements/hour), gate time, yard occupancy rate, and equipment movement. * Identifying operational bottlenecks at terminals, yards, and docks, proposing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. * Developing and implementing action plans using continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma / Green Belt). * Performing complex data analyses, integrating information from multiple sources such as Terminal Operating Systems (TOS). * Ensuring data integrity and reliability used in analyses. * Developing and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI or Tableau). * Supporting strategic planning through market analyses and benchmarking against other terminals. * Conducting root cause analyses (RCA) to investigate operational or financial deviations. * Proposing corrective actions aimed at cost reduction and service level improvement. * Acting as the analytical focal point, translating technical data into clear insights for managers and operational teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To excel in this role, you’ll need:** * Bachelor’s degree in fields aligned with the position (Logistics, Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related areas). * Experience in this role or in activities related to operational analysis, performance indicators, and process improvement. * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. * PowerPoint. **Additional Information** **Caring for you is part of our journey** Reaching our destinations only makes sense if you’re with us—counting on all the care, support, and inclusion you need.
