Adapting increasingly to the needs of the import, export, and domestic markets, the company prioritizes excellence in container handling throughout Brazil, with a focus on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Supporting the unit’s Occupational Health and Safety routine, with strong field presence and operational support for rail, road, yard, workshop, administrative areas, and third-party personnel; * Conducting inspections, rounds, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), internal audits, operational follow-ups, and verification of critical controls; * Assessing operational risks, deviations, recurrences, and vulnerabilities, proposing preventive, corrective actions, and continuous improvements; * Guiding employees, third-party personnel, and leadership on compliance with regulations, procedures, use of PPEs/collective protective equipment (CPEs), work permits, and safety controls; * Supporting and monitoring accident and incident investigations, contributing to root cause analysis, definition of corrective/preventive actions, and effectiveness verification; * Tracking KPIs, action plans, non-conformities, deadlines, and safety evidence, ensuring information organization and traceability; * Recording and managing information in corporate systems and SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) management tools; * Participating in audits, regulatory inspections, legal inspections, and corporate requests related to Health, Safety, and Environment; * Collaborating with operational, maintenance, procurement, asset management, carrier, and other departments involved in terminal operations; * Supporting campaigns, preventive programs, and initiatives aimed at strengthening safety culture; * Contributing to a proactive, practical, and operationally grounded approach, supporting leadership decision-making; * Supporting the technical development of the team, promoting standardization of routines, record quality, and reinforcement of safety practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To excel in this role, you must have:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active professional registration as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Experience in Occupational Safety within operational, industrial, logistics, rail, road, port, mining, agribusiness, or related environments; * Hands-on experience with inspections, DDS, audits, accident investigations, third-party management, critical tasks, and action plan follow-up; * Knowledge of regulatory standards and controls applicable to daily operations; * Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with a preventive mindset; * Ability to work effectively in the field, interact with diverse stakeholders, and support operational leadership; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in logistics, rail, road, or multimodal terminal operations; * Knowledge of Power BI, SOC, SGI, SoftExpert, or similar tools; * Experience with corporate audits, SSMA KPIs, and third-party management; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Environmental Management, or related fields; * Driver’s license, Category B. **Additional Information** **The 10 Brado Attitudes** Our Behavior in Action!
