Furthermore, through continuous knowledge exchange and sharing—gained from participating in numerous successful projects nationwide—we strengthen our service delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, corridors, reception areas, common areas, kitchenettes, restrooms, and other company premises. * Carry out sanitation and disinfection of restrooms, including replenishment of toilet paper, soap, towels, and other consumables. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchenette: countertops, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, utensils, tables, trash bins, etc. * Collect and dispose of general waste correctly, complying with internal policies and safety regulations. * Sweep, wash, vacuum, and dry floors, carpets, and rugs according to instructions. * Clean windows, doors, furniture, external equipment (where applicable), and other surfaces. * Organize and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies, monitor usage, and report when restocking is required. * Store cleaning products safely, clearly labeled, and in accordance with usage and safety guidelines. * Maintain cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.) in good working condition, requesting maintenance when necessary. * Respond to ad-hoc requests for organizing spaces for meetings, trainings, and internal events. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and internal company procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in general services, cleaning, or maintenance roles. * Basic understanding of correct usage of chemical cleaning agents. * Basic knowledge of waste segregation (general waste, recyclables, etc.). * Fundamental awareness of workplace hygiene and safety standards. * Harmonious collaboration with colleagues and other departments, contributing toward shared goals. * Organized approach and attention to detail in task execution. * Ability to follow routines, checklists, and work instructions. * Understanding of task prioritization. **Additional Information** On-site work mode Log,Lab Inteligência Digital is a company with over 22 years of market experience, operating exclusively in the public sector—working with state-owned enterprises, institutions, and municipal, state, and federal agencies.
