PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Information Technology) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING TRAINING OR COURSES IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, PROGRAMMING, AND/OR NETWORK MAINTENANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry title matches the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
