Operational Administrative Assistant**Position Mission**
Ensure the availability, organization, and preservation of tools and instruments used by the Maintenance team, guaranteeing control over movement, asset traceability, and adherence to unit quality, safety, and organization standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver and receive tools and equipment for the maintenance team and service providers.
* Control tool movement, recording loans and returns in the system.
* Inspect returned equipment conditions, identifying damage, loss, or need for maintenance.
* Organize, clean, and properly store tools, ensuring their preservation and availability.
* Monitor calibration and measurement instrument verification schedules.
* Conduct periodic inventories of tools and supplies under responsibility.
* Support the issuance of material and tool purchase requisitions.
* Maintain organized tool storage, applying 5S principles and complying with safety regulations.
* Support the Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) team in administrative activities of the area.
* Act in accordance with ADM’s safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education.
* Technical or vocational training in Administration, Logistics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields is desirable.
* Experience in inventory control, warehouse management, toolroom operations, or operational administrative activities.
* Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
* Familiarity with computerized systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience with inventories and asset control is desirable.
