**About the Position**
Strategically collaborate with the PCM team to perform inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical monitoring of operational assets. You will be responsible for identifying failures, defining priorities, and proposing solutions to improve equipment reliability, safety, and availability.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct technical inspections on machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems, identifying anomalies, wear, clearances, vibrations, and potential failures;
* Continuously monitor the performance and mechanical condition of assets using measurement instruments and predictive techniques;
* Record and report non-conformities, anomalies, and mechanical risks through clear and objective technical reports;
* Collaborate with the PCM team to define criticality, priorities, and planning of interventions;
* Supervise mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring technical compliance, tolerances, and manufacturer specifications;
* Enter inspection information, evidence, and results into the SAP system, ensuring traceability and supporting decision-making;
* Support failure analysis, root cause identification, and proposal of improvements to processes and equipment.
**Experience**
* Experience in industrial mechanical inspection, predictive maintenance, and maintenance planning;
* Experience diagnosing mechanical failures and performing root cause analysis;
* Experience with industrial equipment, preferably conveyor belts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
* Prior experience at power plants, logistics terminals, industrial facilities, or transportation operations.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
* Completed high school;
* Completed technical course in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Occupational safety, NR regulations, and 5S methodology;
* Industrial mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment;
* Hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and conveyor belts;
* Alignment, assembly, mechanical adjustments, and industrial lubrication;
* Diagnosis, failure analysis, vibration, and balancing.
