Rondonópolis Brazil Administration **Job Description \- External Recruitment** Maintain all standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the Asset Management area up to date and ensure employees are properly trained. * Manage and analyze departmental data using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps, maintain updated KPIs, and propose improvements for monitoring. * Support innovation and digitalization initiatives within Asset Security and Facilities. * Administer access control software, master its functionalities, ensure full operational functionality, train the security team, and continuously propose improvements to maximize operational efficiency. **Requirements:** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Private Security Management, or related fields). Experience in data analysis, development and management of KPIs.
