We are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics processes. If you enjoy challenges, pay attention to detail, and want to be part of a collaborative environment, this is your chance! **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in fleet control: monitoring trucks, fuel, maintenance, and materials; Monitor filters and lubricants for trailers and other vehicles; Monitor machine refueling; Issue Maintenance Orders for equipment and trailers; Record working hours for Mechanics/Electromechanics/Vehicle Washers; Prepare pending task reports, purchase requests, and maintenance service planning; Monitor oil (diesel and lubricant) changes and inventory for trailers and other vehicles; Keep the regulation team updated on the operational status of each vehicle in the fleet; Use safety equipment inherent to the area; Comply with organizational norms and procedures; Maintain and care for equipment used in your work area; Respect and protect the environment; Maintain confidentiality of information generated in your work area; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and positive interpersonal relationships within the company, fostering a calm and friendly environment; Ensure proper implementation of Occupational Health and Safety procedures, as well as material and equipment conservation under your responsibility, while safeguarding the environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with TOTVS (Datasul) is a plus. **Additional Information** Work Location:** Primavera do Leste. Market-competitive salary.
