Job Summary: A professional to provide support in inspections, data collection, rework control, and technical documentation, with a focus on compliance and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support for organizing and submitting regulatory documentation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:20 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Support raw material inspections and receiving bays; * Perform data collection and complete spreadsheets for KPIs; * Monitor rework and non-conformance control; * Support production and blending areas with a focus on compliance; * Assist in IQQ and IQF analysis as per MAPA regulations; * Maintain physical and digital updates of technical documentation; * Support the organization and submission of documents to customers and regulatory agencies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields; * Knowledge of developing and analyzing quality indicators; * Experience in raw material inspection and receiving control; * Proficiency in collecting, tabulating, and interpreting technical data; * Experience preparing technical and quality reports; * Familiarity with fertilizer legislation (MAPA Normative Instructions, such as IN No. 39/2022); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. **Benefits:** Attendance bonus, Pharmacy benefit plan, Dental plan, Gympass, Health insurance, Profit-sharing program (PLR), On-site meals, Charter transportation
