Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative Logistics Analyst to manage the transportation of agricultural inputs and optimize operational routines. Key Highlights: 1. If you are organized, communicative, passionate about operational logistics, and comfortable working with freight carriers, join our team! **Responsibilities:** Organize the transportation of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, chemicals, and seeds); Control and organize fertilizer shipment quotas; Review shipment plans, loading sequences, and truck cubic capacity calculations; Define and monitor delivery routes; Conduct freight rate quotations and engage freight carriers; Monitor shipment performance by loading point, customer, and cadence; Monitor and track deliveries; Prepare daily operational reports for peers, management, and the commercial team; Participate in alignment meetings; Provide support to correct operational deviations; Monitor invoicing and scheduling via the system (Trizy). **Requirements:** Experience in logistics, transportation, or cargo planning; Knowledge of cubic capacity calculation and cargo consolidation; Basic understanding of hazardous cargo classification; Strong communication and organizational skills; Ability to effectively interact with freight carriers and manage operational routines. **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience with agricultural inputs; Experience with scheduling and logistics systems (e.g., Trizy); Experience in freight rate negotiation. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (VA) Life Insurance Internal Training Growth Opportunities. **Work Location:** Rondonópolis – MT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD).
