About the Role: As a Full Backend Developer at R&B, you will lead and shape the development of our server-side components that power traceability solutions across the global market. You will work closely with a talented team of developers, architects, and industry specialists to push the boundaries of traceability and transparency. The candidate will join a team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing within a relaxed environment. This position is based in **Itaim Bibi, São Paulo**. **#LI-Onsite** Responsibilities: * Implement high-performance, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend systems capable of handling large-scale data operations. * Write clean, sustainable, and efficient code aligned with industry best practices, and actively participate in code reviews. * Develop and maintain highly reliable, high-performance, and well-documented RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. * Investigate and resolve complex backend issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Maintain the highest level of code quality and reliability. * Propose and implement innovative solutions to address industry challenges. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams—especially the backend development team—to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components. Qualifications: * Experience with backend technologies, including server-side languages: GoLang and Java. * Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and web frameworks. * In-depth knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools. * Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to lead and effectively guide a team. * Strong passion for software development and commitment to staying at the forefront of the field. * English language proficiency for reading and performing job-related tasks. **Desirable:** * Understanding of traceability systems and supply chains. * Experience with backend technologies, including server-side languages: Python, Ruby, Node.js. * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). * Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * A history of contributions to open-source projects. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. * Advanced English proficiency / conversational fluency.
