We value **diversity** and believe everyone is welcome. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide professional, exceptional, and high-quality telephone and in-person customer service within the heavy-duty vehicle segment, specifically focused on tire retreading; * Possess thorough technical knowledge of all products and services offered in the assigned segment; * Advise customers regarding product and service warranties and related procedures; * Gather market intelligence to identify improvement opportunities within our segment; * Conduct sales, prospect new customers, and prepare sales closing reports; * Operate vehicles (truck) for cargo transportation, delivering and collecting tires, verifying required documentation, and performing loading and unloading; * Plan routes, arrange cargo according to unloading order, apply optimal transport techniques, comply with safety regulations, and prevent issues affecting our employees and customers; * Observe traffic laws, safety standards, and other requirements that may hinder customer service delivery or harm the company; * Maintain the vehicle under your responsibility, inspecting for defects, tires, lights, and other equipment; * Check daily or periodically: tire pressure, water, oil, fuel levels, and overall vehicle condition; * Perform administrative and bureaucratic tasks associated with the role, following company standards and guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Valid driver’s license categories B and D. * Experience in retread or tire sales. * Preferred: Ability to drive light-duty trucks. * Availability for short-distance travel. **Additional Information** We value every individual and therefore offer benefits supporting **well-being**, enabling **development**, and simplifying the **day-to-day lives** of our employees and their families: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal and food allowances via iFood Benefits * Transportation allowance * Always Present – Welcome Baby Basket, Travel Assistance, and Life Insurance * Discounts at DPaschoal locations * Grêmio – partnerships and discounts for wellness, sports, leisure, and educational institutions * Wellhub – access to gyms, studios, and wellness experiences * Discounts on brand-new vehicles * Drive Pass – subscription-based vehicle access * Conte Comigo – support from social workers, lawyers, psychologists, and financial advisors * Private pension plan – available after one year of employment * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) – subject to goal achievement * School kit for dependents (children or stepchildren) aged 6–14, enrolled in grades 1–9 of elementary education **DPaschoal** is continuously transforming, combining tradition and innovation to deliver the best automotive solutions in Brazil.
