If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Administrative Assistant – CCA is responsible for providing administrative support to the Revenue Control Center (CCA) of the highway concessionaire, ensuring smooth internal processes related to revenue collection management and income control. This professional assists in organizing, verifying, and managing financial documents and reports, as well as providing service and support to other operational areas. * Support the control and monitoring of revenue collection operations, ensuring all toll transactions are accurately recorded; * Enter and verify financial data, ensuring collected amounts are posted precisely and within established deadlines; * Assist in controlling and organizing revenue-related documents, such as toll reports, invoices, payment receipts, and vouchers; * Monitor and manage the CCA’s cash flow, recording inflows and outflows according to established guidelines; * Assist in preparing periodic reports on revenue collection and financial control, as well as monthly account closing; * Provide support during internal audits of revenue collection processes and verification of operational compliance with the concessionaire’s procedures; * Assist in managing revenue control and collection systems by entering and updating information as needed; * Respond to internal and external requests, providing information on revenue collection, financial procedures, and CCA operations; * Support the control of materials and equipment used in revenue collection, ensuring proper functioning of toll stations; * Organize and archive fiscal documents, financial reports, and other materials related to the revenue collection department; * Monitor operational regularity and report any irregularities or discrepancies in financial information; * Facilitate communication with other company departments—such as Finance, Accounting, and Operations—to ensure smooth revenue collection processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy; Familiarity with tax routines and internal audit practices; Preferred knowledge of administrative routines, toll revenue collection systems, and operations in control centers. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Life Insurance; Transportation Voucher. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. Together, they control the Way-112, Way-306 (Mato Grosso do Sul), Way-262 (Minas Gerais), Way-153 (between Minas Gerais and Goiás), and Way-364 (between Goiás and Mato Grosso) concessionaires. Way-153, between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil together with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform co-owned with Itaú Bank, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** The Concessionaire of MS-306 Highway S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** The Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. manages the concession of MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia—a distance of 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), covering 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment stretches from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers and crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The Concessionaire of BR-262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 concession segment beginning at km 360+100—its junction with BR-381 in Betim—extending to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire manages 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – BR-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. This federal concession project covers Mato Grosso and Goiás States and includes the city of Rondonópolis/MT, located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways that transport agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
