Our mission is to connect and bring people/customers closer through quality, simplicity, and technology—and we currently have an opening for an **Installation Technician** to help us achieve this mission. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Installing and configuring telecommunications equipment in residential and commercial locations. * Conducting connectivity tests and ensuring service quality. * Efficiently diagnosing and resolving technical issues. * Providing technical support to customers and addressing their questions and concerns. * Maintaining accurate records of installations and repairs performed. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH B). **Still unsure whether Alcans is a great place to work?
