Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the entire flow of coffee movement within the processing unit. * Assist in feeding raw materials (coffee beans) into production lines. * Support operation of pre-cleaning equipment and stone removers (machines that remove stones and heavy impurities from field-harvested coffee). * Adjust and monitor **density tables** (or gravity tables), used to separate high-quality beans from lighter or shriveled ones based on density. * Monitor performance of **electronic/colorimetric sorters**, which use optical sensors to remove beans with color defects (e.g., black or green beans). * Perform continuous cleaning of the area and basic preventive maintenance of machines and drainage spouts to prevent clogging. * Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards required for the food industry. * Assist in bagging, palletizing (organizing bags or bales onto pallets), and directing coffee to storage or shipping areas. * Conduct visual inspection of packaging and batches to ensure products leave the line without sealing defects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school. **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in the coffee sector or in coffee warehouses in the region. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
