Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** For information about Senac Minas’ selection processes, visit our careers page: https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to people with disabilities (PwD) and those rehabilitated by INSS, aligned with our values of inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Professional Training Instructor – Commerce, your main challenges will be:** * Deliver classes according to your area of expertise, covering both theoretical and practical content with students; * Monitor and guide students during subject-specific activities and exercises to reinforce and enhance learning; * Assess competency development according to the course plan; * Plan, develop, and review classes for professional qualification courses, aligned with topics, lesson outlines, and teaching-learning resources; * Meet scheduled objectives and workload hours, focusing on competency development; * Design assessments and exercises according to prior planning; * Evaluate students and provide feedback, verifying learning outcomes; * Ensure teaching methods are applied per institutional guidelines; * Continuously improve student performance through effective pedagogical practices; * Monitor student progress and adapt lessons to individual needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed undergraduate degree — Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields; * Professional experience in sales and/or retail; * Professional experience using artificial intelligence applied to goods and services commerce; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Teaching experience in classroom settings; * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B; * Availability for travel. **Work Location and Schedule:** * São Sebastião do Paraíso/MG (in-person work) \- managed by Senac Guaxupé/MG; * Monday through Friday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract \- hourly basis; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Health and dental insurance; * SESC membership; * Childcare assistance \- per internal benefits policy rules; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Performance incentive scholarship (after 6 months of employment). * Fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Additionally, we offer some unique benefits:** * Work and exchange daily experiences with industry reference professionals; * Work in a friendly and collaborative environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** Here at Senac Minas, that’s exactly what we do!
