Job Summary: Monitoring Operator for Security Systems to monitor electronic security systems, operate CCTV software, register incidents, and provide customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring of electronic security systems and alarms. 2. Operation of CCTV software and execution of virtual patrols. 3. Customer support and guidance, incident registration and reporting. SALARY: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month **Job: Monitoring Operator for Security Systems** **Responsibilities:** Perform real-time monitoring of customers' electronic security systems and alarms, operating CCTV software and conducting virtual patrols and checklists. Monitor images and events, verifying system functionality and identifying potential failures. Register and report incidents, create and track service orders, and contact external teams or authorities when necessary. Provide customer support and guidance, and prepare operational and shift reports. **Requirements and Skills:** Strong concentration, sense of responsibility, and good observational ability. Ability to handle adverse situations calmly and promptly. Proactivity, organization, and initiative. Good verbal and written communication skills. Commitment, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team. Technical Requirements: Minimum high school diploma, basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and the Internet, and completion of a security guard course. Experience in the field and with security software and systems (e.g., SIGMA CLOUD, IRIS, D\-GUARD, IVMS, SIM, NEXT, ISISC, among others) is preferred.
