Focus on organization and proactivity in problem resolution **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handling external customer inquiries (phone and email) * Strong interpersonal skills, as the role involves interaction with the entire team * Prompt response capability * Proactivity in problem resolution * Strong written communication skills for responding to external and internal customers * Report verification * Data reconciliation using Excel * Relationship management with internal and external customers * Control and monitoring of documentation delivery schedules * Control and organization of tasks performed to ensure deadline compliance and final product quality * Other duties relevant to the department **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (preferred) * Prior experience in Human Resources (HR routines, knowledge of labor documents; basic understanding of payroll, time cards, FGTS, INSS, and administrative routines) (preferred) * Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) * Flexible working hours * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan area **WORK LOCATION:** BELO HORIZONTE \- MG Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
