Supplier management: evaluation, qualification, and development of sustainable partnerships. Supply chain: understanding of logistics, inventory, lead time, and demand planning. Cost analysis and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Onboarding new suppliers to build a diversified supplier portfolio. And other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** Proven experience in procurement, including strategic negotiation, supplier management, supply chain, cost analysis, etc., preferably in industrial and/or technology environments. Desirable experience in sustainable procurement or ESG, involvement in cost reduction or process improvement projects, and proficiency in procurement KPIs (e.g., savings, average delivery time, supplier quality index, etc.). Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), PMP, or courses in negotiation and procurement are preferred. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is required, especially for companies with international suppliers. Advantageous: Familiarity with cables, connectors, electrical terminals, and associated technical standards (e.g., ABNT, IEC, UL).
