Job Summary: We are seeking a Prepress Operator to prepare and verify digital files, operate equipment, and ensure the quality of printed materials. Key Highlights: 1. Absolute attention to detail for zero errors We are looking for a Pre\-press Operator to join our team in Ribeirão Preto, SP. Daily responsibilities include preparing and verifying digital files for printing, operating pre\-press equipment, and making necessary adjustments to ensure final print quality. This is a full\-time, on\-site position. Qualifications * Graphic Production and Pre\-press: Experience in graphic production workflow, with focus on pre\-press processes and file preparation for printing. * Printing and CTP: Knowledge of plate imaging machines (CTP) operation and printing processes to ensure product accuracy and quality. * Plate Making: Proficiency in handling and producing plates for offset printing and other graphic processes. * Other technical skills, such as proficiency with graphic design and printing software, will be considered valuable assets. **Main Challenges:** * Rigorous file closing and verification for printing. * Technical analysis of materials (with emphasis on packaging). * Validation of cutting dies, bleed settings, color management, and overprint. * Technical preparation for CTP. * Support in standardizing internal pre\-press processes. * Operation of digital printing equipment (digital printing) **Requirements and Preferences:** * Proven experience: We seek candidates with hands\-on experience in printing environments. * Preference: Knowledge of corrugated packaging (cutting and creasing). * Profile: Absolute attention to detail; we are a zero\-error graphic industry demanding agility and strong sense of responsibility.
