Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics and/or related fields); * Active CREA registration required; * Required experience in the role (knowledge in vibration analysis and other predictive techniques - Root Cause Analysis); * Knowledge in Reliability Engineering and Predictive Maintenance; * Experience in maintenance of rotating equipment; * Familiarity with regulations: NR-13 and NR-12; * Intermediate level in Office Suite; * Knowledge in SAP/PM; * Proficiency in Power BI; * Availability for occasional travel to E2G plants and suppliers; Mobility to reside in the Guariba SP region. * YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead improvement studies and failure analyses on industrial equipment; * Conduct root cause analyses on events causing reductions or stoppages; * Perform continuous improvement studies focused on maintenance; * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans and routes; * Apply reliability engineering methodologies; * Develop and optimize maintenance strategies; Manage action plans for industrial processes (RFRACAS, Uptime, Loss Profile). * 2510170202241814924
