Responsibilities \- Ensure execution of inventory department processes, controlling and promoting continuous improvement for goods receipt, storage, and inbound/outbound product control. \- Monitor sales invoicing and goods receipt in inventory. \- Receive goods and store them appropriately according to store procedures. \- Perform product verification upon entry and exit from inventory. \- Maintain merchandise inventory clean, labeled, and organized per procedure. \- Process monthly returns of damaged items. \- Transfer merchandise between stores. \- Conduct cyclic stock counts as scheduled by internal audit and/or whenever discrepancies are identified by the store. \- Prepare for and support semiannual inventory. \- Verify fiscal invoices to ensure quantities and values stated on the invoice match physical stock. \- Forward fiscal invoices to the Store Manager for system entry. \- Regularly verify products to ensure they are properly labeled. Working Hours: **4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, plus one training day per week at CIEE unit** Job Type: Apprenticeship Compensation: R$600.00 \- R$700.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
