Visit our website for further insights into our history, values, and social commitments: https://www.nestle.com**Position Summary****Location:** NBS**Area/Stream:** HR Process Optimizer**Reporting To:** HR Specialist**Working Hours:** Business hours: 09:00 – 16:00**Work Modality:** Hybrid "At Nestlé, respect for inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunity is highly important." **A Day in the Life of...** We are seeking an intern to perform administrative tasks and support the daily activities of the HR team. **Required Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Availability to intern for at least 12 months; * Proficiency in Excel. **Key Responsibilities** * Extracting reports from SAP; * Manipulating spreadsheet data in Excel; * Preparing and sending reports; * Monitoring KPIs; * Raising tickets on various topics; * Conducting exit interviews with employees; * Collecting employee documents, among others. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Strong communication skills; * Logical reasoning; * Advantage: familiarity with SAP; * Intermediate Spanish is desirable.
