Job Summary: We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to develop and supervise architectural projects, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and technical standards. Ensuring compliance with legislation and technical standards We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented **Architect** to develop and supervise architectural projects from conception through execution, integrating and coordinating complementary projects (structural, electrical, hydraulic, etc.). Ensuring compliance with legislation, technical standards, and accessibility requirements, in collaboration with engineers, designers, and other professionals in the field. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture and Urban Planning**; * Active registration with the **Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU)**; * Proven experience in architectural project development; * Proficiency in software such as **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion**, or similar; * Knowledge of urban planning legislation and technical standards; * Experience in residential, commercial, or corporate construction projects.
