Customer Service Agent - Amil Scheduling + RV R$400.00
PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE:
Attend to and contact customers, clarifying doubts and providing information about products and services, in accordance with company-established procedures;
Persuade and negotiate with end customers, following established customer service standards and predefined scripts;
Perform technical procedures according to requests received via email and/or phone;
Register customer interactions in the system, describing actions taken, ensuring correct classification, tabulation, and assignment of priority level, criticality, and severity of requests, as per the tabulation tree;
Monitor and track compliance with deadlines and actions by internal departments responsible for customer requests;
Ensure security and confidentiality of system access passwords;
Comply with company administrative rules and procedures;
Maintain confidentiality regarding information and matters related to performed activities;
Act with focus on achieving and exceeding established targets, adhering to defined quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
* Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
* Work Schedule \-
Availability to finish work at 8:00 PM or 11:02 PM
* Availability to work on a 6-day-on/1-day-off rotating schedule (including Saturdays or Sundays)
* Work Location: Mogilar, Mogi das Cruzes \- SP
