Responsibilities Capture and analyze operational requirements during projects; Define and document business rule requirements and customer needs; Prototype and present solutions to customers and internal teams; Map anticipated or ad-hoc resource requirements; Conduct and participate in meetings to understand, gather, and/or present business needs, stakeholder requirements, and functional and non-functional system characteristics; Ensure business requirements are implemented in the most appropriate manner for both the customer and the team, respecting their specific characteristics. Requirements Enthusiasm for serving as the central point of contact for implementation project teams; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Commitment to quality and attention to detail; Resilience to handle uncertainty and occasional setbacks; Teamwork aptitude; Organizational skills; Knowledge of systems analysis techniques and tools (e.g., use case elicitation and documentation, functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation, data modeling, prototyping, etc.); Willingness to work in a hybrid model and visit customers. **Preferred Qualifications:** Programming logic knowledge; Software development methodologies; UML and agile methodology knowledge; Database knowledge; Experience in the healthcare sector. 2511100202181632641
