Work on automations, integrations, and continuous improvements As a **Junior Systems Analyst** at UX Group, you will join the Technology team, providing internal technical support to various departments across the company. Your role is essential in maintaining platform stability, investigating operational issues, and proposing technical solutions that improve internal workflows. You will serve as the point of support for validations, corrections, and process automations involving games, financial transactions, campaigns, and system integrations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide internal technical support to other departments for platform-related requests; * Analyze failures in games, transactions, system errors, and operational inconsistencies; * Query databases using SQL for case investigation and evidence generation; * Automate operational processes. * Support the development and maintenance of dashboards focused on operational KPIs; * Validate internal requests, ensuring integrity and logical consistency of requested changes; * Log and track tickets in Desk Manager, keeping documentation up-to-date in SharePoint; * Collaborate with the Systems and N3 Support teams for issue fixes and deployment of improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of SQL databases (queries, filters, joins); * Familiarity with programming logic and ability to understand scripts and integrations; * Analytical reasoning for solving technical and operational problems; * Organizational skills to clearly document and record processes; * Interest in working with automations, integrations, and continuous improvements. **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Life Insurance Breakfast every day (yes, every single day!)
