Strategically lead digital learning across Cognita schools in Brazil, promoting innovative, safe, and ethical use of technology in education, aligned with Cognita’s global guidelines. Collaborate across schools, regional leadership, and global teams to strengthen a culture of innovation, digital citizenship, and protection of students, staff, and academic data. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the digital transformation and digital learning strategy across schools. * Support school leaders in implementing innovative pedagogical practices and using EdTech tools. * Promote safety, digital citizenship, and ethical use of technology in the school environment. * Develop leaders and build team capabilities in Digital Learning. * Encourage innovation, collaboration, and sharing of best practices among schools. * Partner with corporate functions to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and digital transformation in education. * Experience in Digital Learning, EdTech, or educational leadership within the K\-12 sector. * Knowledge of safety, privacy, and digital citizenship applied to the educational context. * Ability to operate strategically and operationally in multicultural environments. * Experience managing stakeholders and influencing without direct authority. * Fluent English; Spanish is desirable. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive additional benefits; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work for an international and expanding company, with potential for professional learning and development. **Hybrid Work Model with two days per week onsite at Vila Olímpia** ***Safer Recruitment @Cognita*** *Cognita is committed to* ***protecting and promoting the well-being of children and adolescents*** *and expects all employees, volunteers, and other third parties to share this commitment.
