Their responsibilities include resume screening, job posting, conducting interviews (individual/group), and providing feedback. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Job Alignment:** Meetings with managers to define the job profile. * **Sourcing and Posting:** Proactive search on LinkedIn, talent databases, and social media. * **Selection:** Resume screening, behavioral/technical interviews, and test administration. * **Closing:** Managing the offer process and providing feedback (passive or active).
