Join a high-performance team focused on the customer. **Have you ever considered working for an automotive group born from a passion for automobiles and positioning itself as a leader and reference in the aftermarket segment?** Our mission is to deliver high-quality and reliable products through a highly efficient supply chain. #### **Our Values:** We are passionately **committed** to our customers; We work as a **team**; We pursue **high performance**; We offer the largest and best **product portfolio** in the market! *If you fit this profile and seek a new challenge, join the Universe of Automotive Parts Solutions.* ***\#VemSerUniverseller*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Perform purchases, in accordance with internal procedures, for products and suppliers of lower complexity and representativeness in the company’s revenue, aiming to optimize company costs while ensuring supply quality, selecting and evaluating suppliers based on predefined criteria, and managing procurement results.** **Quotation and Negotiation** * Request quotations from various auto parts suppliers; * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions; **Order Management** * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system; * Monitor delivery status and resolve pending issues with suppliers; **Inventory and Demand Control** * Monitor inventory levels of automotive parts; * Restock items according to workshop or production line needs; * Supplier relationship management; * Maintain frequent contact with auto parts distributors and manufacturers; * Evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery timeliness, service); **Administrative Support** * Organize purchasing documentation (invoices, contracts, purchase orders); * Assist in cost reports and performance indicators; * Analyze and implement continuous improvement initiatives; * Collect data and analyze performance indicators, suggesting improvements; * Respond to inquiries from various departments via phone and email; * Archive documents under your responsibility in designated locations, both electronic and physical. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * One year of experience in procurement. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Intermediate Excel skills; **Additional Information** **We care about you!
