Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovations **JOB: QUALITY COORDINATOR** **OPERATIONS** The Operations area aims to ensure that delivered results meet our customers' expectations, always prioritizing quality, agility, and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** **WHAT WE SEEK:** We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to perform the following activities: * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of operational quality strategies. * Coordinate and develop the quality team by defining priorities, providing technical guidance, and monitoring performance and results. * Ensure the maintenance and evolution of quality standards, policies, and procedures. * Define, monitor, and consolidate quality indicators, ensuring consistency, critical analysis, and decision-making support. * Lead and/or supervise internal quality audits, ensuring correct process application and information traceability. * Conduct calibration meetings for criteria and processes with internal and external customers. * Participate in and lead quality results presentation meetings with internal stakeholders and customers. * Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of corrective and preventive action plans.
