And we will be delighted if you join our story. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise and monitor students in common school areas, fostering a safe, organized, and respectful environment. * Accompany and guide the entry and exit of students, staff, and visitors, ensuring appropriate and safe flow of people and vehicles. * Assist during recess and meal times, encouraging harmonious interaction and adherence to school rules. * Build close relationships with students, establishing trust and promoting respect for school regulations. * Identify and intervene in conflict or risk situations, always prioritizing dialogue and the well\-being of those involved. * Support the pedagogical and management teams whenever needed, including participation in internal meetings and training sessions. * Report any infrastructure maintenance needs or irregularities. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment—even during low-activity periods such as school holidays. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School **Experience:** Student monitoring, student supervision **Technical Knowledge:** Courses in monitoring and supervision will be considered advantageous **Desired Knowledge:** Microsoft Office (basic proficiency) **What we expect:** * Proactivity * Welcoming demeanor * Interpersonal skills * Organization * Attention to detail **Additional Information** **Location/Campus:** PERDIZES **Schedule/Work Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Are you passionate about education and, just like us, do you dream of a better and more peaceful world?
