Brigadeiro Luís Antônio \- Bela Vista, São Paulo \- SP, 01318\-901, Brazil **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Academic Requirement**: Enrolled in Administration, Management Processes, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward) **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills. * Excellent writing and clear communication skills. * Empathy, welcoming demeanor, and professional conduct. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and effective priority management. * Ability to remain calm during high-demand periods. * Teamwork and adaptability to dynamic routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet students and patients at BWS outpatient clinics, ensuring friendly and organized service. * Guide students regarding class schedules, protocols, workflows, classrooms, and academic procedures. * Confirm patient attendance, assist with basic triage, and direct them to appropriate care. * Support data entry and updates in the system/CRM. * Assist teachers, preceptors, and healthcare teams in daily outpatient operations. * Send appointment reminders, schedule notifications, required documentation alerts, and other important notices. * Record incidents, requests, absences, and movements in the system/CRM. * Support outpatient clinic room and schedule flow management. * Route specific requests to responsible departments. * Contribute to a positive experience for students and patients throughout their journey. **Stipend**: R$ 1\.200,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher \- R$ 46.60/day * Life Insurance * Totalpass * Zenklub Platform (mental health support) * Birthday Day Off * Extension Course Scholarship Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Payment: R$1\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
