We operate via fixed-scope projects, talent allocation (Body Shop and Managed or Dedicated Squads), and continuous operation services (Run & Managed Services). **\#VEMSERINDT** Requirements: We seek a professional with solid experience in Python, practical knowledge of Golang, and strong backend environment expertise—hands-on, analytical, and problem-solving oriented. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Golang. * Design, implement, and evolve APIs and services. * Perform integrations between internal and external systems. * Ensure application quality, performance, scalability, and security. * Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices. * Investigate and resolve technical issues in development and production environments. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement solutions. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience in Python development. * Practical knowledge of Golang. * Experience developing backend applications. * Hands-on experience with REST APIs. * Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases. * Experience with version control using Git. * Organized, proactive, and hands-on profile. * Analytical ability and technical problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with microservices architecture. * Knowledge of containers (Docker). * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
