Positive impact on energy transition and sustainability. **A glimpse into your day** You will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving React-based and other-language applications, ensuring modern, accessible, and high-performance interfaces. Key responsibilities include implementing design systems and UI libraries (e.g., Ant Design), creating reusable components per Figma specifications, integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, maintaining quality via tests (Jest, React Testing Library), and optimizing performance using techniques such as code splitting and lazy loading. Additionally, you will manage version control with Git, operate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), and apply security best practices (XSS, CSRF, and other OWASP Top 10\ risks). You will also be responsible for technical documentation (ADRs, Storybook), maintaining observability (telemetry, logs, errors), and ensuring visual consistency and responsive behavior aligned with accessibility standards (WCAG 2\.1 AA). **How you’ll make an impact** * Application development and evolution: Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of applications using React and other languages—ensuring modern, accessible, high-performance interfaces, API integration, and adherence to design patterns. * Quality and security management: Maintain technical excellence through automated testing, robust documentation, cybersecurity best practices, and alignment with accessibility and performance standards. * Multidisciplinary collaboration and agile methodologies: Work alongside global and diverse teams in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), fostering knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement—aligned with Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainability and energy transition. * Deployment and operation of scalable solutions: Manage source code versioning, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and ensure solution observability and monitoring—contributing to reliable and sustainable delivery of clean energy across multiple countries. **What we expect from you** * Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience focused on React, including proficiency in TypeScript, React Hooks, React Router, AntD, Redux/Zustand/Recoil, Git, Azure DevOps, Jest, React Testing Library, HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs, and agile practices (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience in technology—preferably in energy, technology, or digital transformation sectors (energy domain experience is desirable)—with strong emphasis on quality, architecture, component definition, layering, and stable contract design. * Technical UI/UX excellence, including mastery of Ant Design (AntD), design system implementation, responsiveness, accessibility (A11y/WCAG), web performance optimization, and REST/GraphQL API integration—including OAuth/OpenID Connect authentication and robust error handling. * Advanced experience with Git and Azure DevOps—including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, semantic versioning, YAML pipelines, triggers, approvals, branch policies, and artifact management (CI/CD). * Automated testing with Jest and React Testing Library, plus knowledge of end\-to\-end testing (Cypress or Playwright), along with autonomy to investigate issues, propose solutions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory; familiarity with Flutter, Storybook, design tokens, advanced AntD theming, frontend monitoring (Azure Application Insights/Sentry), monorepo tools (Nx/Turborepo), Node.js for BFF, Docker, Kubernetes, security (CSP, clickjacking mitigation, sanitization), privacy by design, and Tailwind CSS is desirable. **About the team** Join an international team at Siemens Energy, where diversity and collaboration drive innovation.
