Job Summary:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals for children, perform food sanitation, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing meals, snacks, bottles, and other foods served to children, following the menu designed by the responsible nutritionist.
* Perform food sanitation, selection, cutting, and pre\-preparation, observing food safety regulations.
* Assist in meal distribution, ensuring correct portioning and presentation of food.
* Wash, sanitize, and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and facilities.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, and food handling areas, in compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations.
* Store food correctly, observing expiration dates, temperature, and storage conditions.
* Assist in controlling and organizing the inventory of food and kitchen supplies, reporting replenishment needs when necessary.
* Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Good Food Handling Practices.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with regulations from the Municipal Department of Education of São Paulo, Sanitary Surveillance, and applicable legislation for Early Childhood Education institutions.
* Maintain institutional equipment, utensils, and property in good condition.
* Participate in training sessions and guidance provided by the institution.
* Maintain ethical conduct, respect, organization, and positive interpersonal relationships with the work team.
Requirements:
* Completed elementary education.
* Experience in this role or in industrial, school, or institutional kitchens is preferred.
* Knowledge of Good Food Handling Practices is considered a plus.
* Organization, responsibility, commitment, and punctuality.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
