Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations and applicable legal requirements. Identify hazards and assess risks associated with activities. Develop and update the Risk Management Program (PGR). Investigate workplace accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions. Conduct safety training, including onboarding and proper use of PPE/collective protective equipment (EPC). Support and collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), attending meetings and supporting prevention programs and actions. Monitor regulatory audits, inspections, and oversight activities. Track safety performance indicators and prepare departmental performance reports.
