Continuous improvement and quality tools Description: * Proven experience in people management and leadership of technical teams; * Experience in project management and continuous improvement; * Analytical ability, systemic vision, and results orientation; * Advanced or fluent English; * Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with management tools; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Green Belt certification or higher is considered a plus. * Responsible for managing the company's technical areas; * Review, create, implement, and monitor organizational processes, ensuring efficiency and standardization; * Approve, develop, and propose technical improvements to products, testing, and suppliers; * Conduct and accompany technical visits, trade fairs, events, testing, and training at construction sites and client locations; * Participate in technical meetings and represent the company at industry events; * Address and implement corrective and preventive actions related to internal and external non-conformities; * Implement continuous improvements using quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Brainstorming, among others). 2512010202191839687
