We are the largest Vehicle Protection Association in the state of São Paulo, with over 25,000 members. We provide comprehensive vehicle protection services, ensuring peace of mind and security for our customers. **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to perform strategic and operational duties, working collaboratively with the Marketing Assistant, focusing on internal marketing (endomarketing), support for the sales team, and internal institutional initiatives. This role plays a key part in planning, executing, and monitoring internal marketing activities, ensuring alignment among marketing, sales, and corporate culture. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, execute, and monitor commercial endomarketing and general endomarketing initiatives * Develop internal campaigns (e.g., goal-setting, incentive campaigns, holiday-themed campaigns such as Christmas, institutional campaigns) * Work directly with the Marketing Assistant to execute initiatives * Create briefings, timelines, and track deliverables * Support the sales team with materials, internal communications, and engagement initiatives * Analyze data and results from initiatives * Monitor outcomes of internal initiatives and propose improvements **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role * Intermediate proficiency in Excel * Aptitude for analysis and reporting * Basic knowledge of editing tools * Familiarity with internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication * Strong organizational skills, strategic vision, and sense of priority * Ability to work collaboratively and jointly manage projects * Strong written and verbal communication skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in endomarketing specifically supporting the sales team * Experience managing internal incentive and engagement campaigns * Experience organizing initiatives for special occasions and holidays * Proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset **Contract Type: PJ / On-site / Jundiaí / Fee range: BRL 3,500.00 to BRL 5,000.00 + performance bonus.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Health Insurance
