Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, promote collaboration, and drive continuous improvement within agile teams, with a focus on results. Facilitation, problem-solving, and effective communication skills Description: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or higher). * Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills. * Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in agile transformation environments. * Additional certifications (SAFe Agilist, PMI\-ACP, etc.). * In-depth knowledge of team efficiency metrics Preferred Qualifications: * Jira administration experience is a significant advantage (e.g., customization and automation capabilities) * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives). * Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and values. * Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress. * Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders. * Monitor team health and project progress using agile metrics and tools (burndown, velocity, etc.). * Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and defining clear, achievable goals. * Train and guide the team on agile principles and conflict resolution. * Cultivate a high-performance and highly engaged environment. * Generate executive presentations on team performance. 2512040202181612766
